• Bet Big and Win Little in Craps

If you decide to use this system you need to have a sizable amount of money and superior discipline to go away when you realize a small win. For the purposes of this story, a sample buy in of $2,000 is used.

The Horn Bet numbers are not always looked at as the "winning way to play" and the horn bet itself has a house advantage of over twelve percent.

All you are playing is $5 on the pass line and ONE number from the horn. It doesn’t matter if it is a "craps" or "yo" as long as you bet it at all times. The Yo is more common with people using this approach for apparent reasons.

Buy in for two thousand dollars when you join the table but put only five dollars on the passline and $1 on either the 2, three, eleven, or 12. If it wins, excellent, if it loses press to $2. If it does not win again, press to $4 and continue on to eight dollars, then to sixteen dollars and after that add a one dollar each time. Every time you do not win, bet the last value plus an additional dollar.

Using this system, if for example after 15 rolls, the number you chose (11) hasn’t been thrown, you probably should step away. However, this is what possibly could happen.

On the 10th toss, you have a sum total of $126 on the table and the YO at long last hits, you earn $315 with a take of $189. Now is an excellent time to go away as it is higher than what you entered the table with.

If the YO doesn’t hit until the twentieth roll, you will have a complete wager of $391 and seeing as current bet is at $31, you win $465 with your take being $74.

As you can see, using this scheme with just a $1.00 "press," your profit margin becomes tinier the more you play on without hitting. That is why you should march away after a win or you have to wager a "full press" once more and then advance on with the one dollar increase with each toss.

Carefully go over the numbers before you try this so you are very adept at when this approach becomes a non-winning affair instead of a winning one.
