Craps
Craps seems like a difficult game, and it certainly can be, but you don’t need to know all of the intricacies to play it well and receive a honest return. If you stick with the common bets with a low casino advantage and do not wager when you are not certain what it is you’re wagering on and its odds.
By betting on the pass line and purchasing odds you can wager with virtually no casino advantage. This almost makes the saying ‘gamble’ false if you really think about it.
Pass Line
The game starts by placing a bet on the Pass or Don’t Pass before the Come Out roll. If a seven or eleven is tossed first you come away with a win and 2, three, or 12 means you loss if you wager on pass. The opposite is true if you place a bet on Don’t Pass. Except 12 which is a push if you wager Don’t Pass. Almost everyone bets on Pass, so if you pick Don’t Pass, don’t attract attention to yourself, particularly if you come away with a win. If you actually win that means everybody else just lost, and are not going to like any flaunting. Should any number other than two, three, seven, eleven or 12 be rolled 1st, that number is the point. Do not place a bet on the Pass line following the Come Out toss, it is legal, but the odds are against you.
Buying the Odds
In order to take advantage of the wager with almost no casino advantage, you must at first place a bet on the Pass Line. Next you can bet a multiple (dependent on the betting house) of your Pass bet that the point will be rolled prior to a 7. based on the number of the point, you can earn up to two to one.
Wagering along these general lines will give you with honest possibility of coming out a success. Add the excitement that the craps always seems to generate and the only way to be deprived of it is not to compete.
